we got ew which guarantees faster games and more innovative strats but lost a big chance to have more players in. The ladder thing is crap. Big news is we will most likely have AoM Retold by then and AoE4 looks like it starts to wear off given the price pool and the new kid on the block being...
reddit is the place where autofarmers get upvoted and devs circlejerk with people asking for all the wrong things to change in the game. I'm not taking this place seriously. There is a reason I prefer a zombie AoEzone over that fisher price AoE haven.
AoEzone is still active when there is something worth discussing. Ideally it would be a bit faster paced, but still it is in a pace anyone can always catch up, no matter time zones or real life time limits. AoM retold release will be a crash test for all the newer communities imo, but I think...

Tournament integrity is naturally damaged in such situations, whether a player gains advantage or not. No serious drama caused through the viewer leaks yet but seems like a hot prospect for the future.
There are tons of negative things to say about the last DLC after playing several hours of slogging in missions but I'll just say that they don't seem polished at all. Instead they feel rushed and are generally very underwhelming. A ludicrous map doesn't necessarilly make for ludicrous gameplay...
