Well, we now know that performance is much less of a determining factor than something like drafts, strats and even farm and house habits. The thing is, probabilistically, the theoretical top-8 seeds not meeting each other in 1st round in a completely random draw is 7/15*6/14*5/13*...*1/9 which...
This Mudflow game shows such quintessential Viper style, and that demo from Alexios, 111111
The converted demo sets the game. A fatal mistake from Khosrou to not blast the monks up.
Yo's TG farms last few days.
Yo's farms in games immediately before and after first day HC5:
Now Selim and Yo share a bit more similarities in terms of farms 11
Fish booms:
Guys, thoughts inferring from interesting findings on ACCM and Yo's recent gameplay and farm placement (I wanna know who Gajah and Jan are):
1. ACCM plays a lot of black forest, so his fish boom is, ngl, pretty good. Yo, on the other hand, as a non-BF player, actually chooses to fish boom and...
I checked Yo's last 3 day's stream yesterday and seems like he placed farms from the bottom left almost 1/3 or even close to half of the time if it's not around the starting TC. If it's starting TC it's 80% from the right.
Edit: OK it's about at most 1/3, not up to 1/2.
Khosrou still looks like Viper to me, along with Jan. If Khosrou is not Viper it'd be nuts: imagine someone not Hera, not Viper, not Tatoh, not Liereyy, not Yo, can have that level of composure and control in the games he won, against a pretty in-shape Daut. Also Khosrou, despite having...
Assuming Stephen is indeed Daut and in such case, if Khosrou is not Viper I'd be really surprised after this G1. Just outclassed King Stephen almost everywhere. As a result I'm convinced Sigismund is Yo which explains why Khosrou looked not so dominant and why the Emperor looked very shaky...
Well that's indeed possible and they might even be able to guess that. But I mean it is also almost as confusing to himself as to anybody else to fake it after first game, where he typed 'gg', and continue to do so even after losing the series. Also the Hindustani vs Georgians game where Selim...
I'm pretty sure they didn't know, as all the stats were posted on Sunday in the stream, and Ro16 and quarters were all played before that. I might be wrong if the stats were out somewhere earlier other than on the stream.
I checked Yo's stream on Feb/27th, 28th and 29th and I can confirm that out of the dozen games he played he places the first farm about 70% on the right, 29% on the left or bottom depending on the terrain and tasked vils' positions. He only placed 2 times on the top and they were around tcs next...
There's no way of Sebastian being Khosrou and Sigismund being any non "rising stars". If Khosrou is Sebastian and ACCM is Sigismund then Seb played astoundingly well and ACCM played horribly.
Well the town bell is weird lol, but let's admit that nobody, even peak Hera, could always land god-tier multi tasking micros and great demos against freaking full-on chaotic MBL.
That's true, but at least something matches. Nothing matches is highly unlikely.
I know that ACCM practices with Yo...
Let's consider from a pure probabilistic perspective: if Gaja is ACCM then where do you put Tatoh, and one of Sigismund and Selim? Tatoh should show some similarities in terms of strats with other GL players (Daut and one of the suspected Viper). Currently Gaja being Tatoh is still more probable...
To me Gajah is 95% Tatoh after all:
1. Great micro but not too flashy. Exactly on point though. Does not seem like Yo, and more so ACCM.
2. Civ picks could potentially be Yo, but the Britons pick and the map draft are so much not in line with Yo. Doesn't look like an ACCM draft and pick.
3. Map...
