true, I didn't experience it. What is it that makes it physically exhausting? Is it the lack of exercise and just sitting around all day? How big of an impact do you think it has to performance in playing?

pretty sure if you are an even in skill player, you should be able to have some melee units already build before he arrives with his (not really that fast) rams at your production buildings...
I guess the all in agression should work really well on lower levels, but I don't think it will end games on a higher level. I think that is mostly becaus at an higher level both teams will make military in castle age (or earlier), and then it is super hard to push, giving how much space there...
Indeed, you want to optimize the way you spend your resources. Therefore building (spending resources) on production buildings (TCs, military buildings) and not using them is not optimal.
In most cases therefore all in push = 1 TC play
