What a blast! what an incredible experience.
Empire Wars Duo II was my first time as an S-tier tournament admin, and I have to say it was amazing. I had to face lots of new challenges, and I learnt a lot from it. Also, I understood the complexity of an event that big. It was an immeasurable change from my previous experiences as an Admin.
I want to thank a lot of people: First of all, obviously to @LidaKor who gave me the trust and the opportunity to be part of this. In the same lines, thanks to @Huehuecoyotl22 and @Chrazini for helping me getting the job!
Thanks @Nili_AoE and specially @robo . Both of you were helping me all the time, providing me with your advice in this new great challenge. Your help was really unvaluable.
Last, but not least, when the RoR vs WWP spoiler happened (I've received the g5 as game five, and thus, it contained as spoiler in the players chat) , there was one person who tried to calm me, and also was the first to de-escalate the issue in the public discussion. I really appreciated that @MembTV . I was freaked out and you gave me some peace of mind, so thanks to you!
All in all, it was a super experience for me. I know I still have to learn some things about being an admin in tournaments of this magnitude. There's always room to improve, but I'm satisfied with both my performance and the outcome of the tournament.
Congrats to the champions AM B, but also to the finalist Heresy
Thank you all, and see you next time!
