You kill enemy TC with villagers in dark age (with poles). I know it sounds insane or impossible in competitive 1v1 game, but if you will keep reading this post it will start making sense.

Build order:
1. Send 2 villagers forward to lame all sources of food you can find.
2. Next 6 villagers go on food, and 1 villager on wood - no lumbercamp needed, chop trees near TC.
3. All next villagers go forward and try to delay and distract opponent as much as you can, focus on pushing him off berries and woodlines, destroy his houses ect. If opponent walled woodline out, just ram through it with villagers. Build outpost near each woodline to know when opponent will try to take it.
4. Build forward mill on opponents berries. When 7 villagers at home finish eating 2 boars, bring them forward to eat enemy's berries. So that you have only 1 villager at home on wood.
5. When you have about 30 - 35 villagers forward, make sure you have killed all enemy's lumbercamps. Then charge on enemy TC and destroy it. Usually 30 villagers is enough to destroy TC. If you did everything properly, he won't have wood to rebuild TC or even lumbercamp, game over.
Why this works? The thing is, usually opponent will have some military at 20-25 pop. But if you have alll of your villagers forward, you can delay that time significantly, maybe by 10-15 villager-production-times. You do not need economy, only 7 on food, even they are forward and ready to rush TC. As soon as you have 30 villagers ready - you kill his TC, and he has not made military to defend yet.
You can do this strategy with berbers too, but I find it easier with poles. I did beat 16xx players with this strategy, and I can consistently beat players at 15xx. That being said, I have very bad micro and I would probably have even lower elo playing meta. Maybe 2k elo player with good micro will take down 2k elo players with this strategy.
So what do yall think? New meta or trash?
