I know you mean Teamisland!!!!!If someone were to propose a crowdfunded tournament for AoE2, with nice competitive settings on a variety of maps, I would happily contribute...
From Nili's interview and your thread on WDC, where you stated you were not going to get MS funding in Q1/Q2 2022, I assumed you had asked twice, but thanks for the clarification. I'll add a comment to my original post.I only asked once so far, and the reason was reasonable, because my proposal was a 3v3 tournament and BoA 3 will be too. Just to add it, so nobody shares something that is not true.
I can still apply for something for later in the year again.

This is false and needs to stop being repeated everywhere. Villiams secured MS money, not Memb.Eventually Memb got some money for it, which I'm assuming is due to him being a bigger name than any of the Amigos.
You also called people trolls, did you forget?I didnt say it did, I'm just pointing out if the OP wants to make this a reality, that is likely what they need to do to achieve that.
As with Huehuecoyotl's clarification, I'll add this to my post. This is false and needs to stop being repeated everywhere. Villiams secured MS money, not Memb.
Oh no what did you do? Now some Twitch dude with 6 viewers will copy the idea and get a 200K funding for a aoe4 Platinum league series. 11Given that AoE4 is getting a $125k golden league for its roughly ~13k active players, when will AoE2 get a $200k platinum league for our roughly ~20k active players?
Can someone ask the tournament coordinator or check the tournament calendar?
Don't worry, I think we're closer to the masterplan. Next event will be 200k, 100k for the few players left and another 100k split among the viewers.Twitch viewership for AOE4 has fallen off a cliff this week, decaying even faster than the playercount. These events are necessary for AOE4 to salvage some basic viewership - basically no one is watching the individual streams and gameplay anymore, so they need to generate new viewers who will stick around. I guess these tournaments are intended to do that.

Sad that even with a player base about the size of AoE2:HD, only Biper has qualified for NC4, and no one else even made it to the decider games of the qualifiersDon't worry, I think we're closer to the masterplan. Untrue. Kasva made it to the deciders in the first qualifiers.Sad that even with a player base about the size of AoE2:HD, only Biper has qualified for NC4, and no one else even made it to the decider games of the qualifiers
Those guys are smart guys, they don't have any chance apart for Ml to make worthy money from SC2,and Blizzard killed WC3 with the reforged edition, they have the time to grind as crazy the game, and skills to milk the money that our generous Tournament coordinator is giving to the constant d...eclining AoE4 Game.Untrue. Kasva made it to the deciders in the first qualifiers.
But it does seem that AoE IV is being dominated by lower-tier/retired Starcraft II players (Bee, Beastyqt, Leenock, MarineLorD, DeMusliM, Vortix, Lucifron7) and players from other parts of the franchise (TheMista, Striker).
Woops. Sorry, didn't notice that Kasva made it to the decider and then got absolutely demolished 4-1. Very close. Much competitiveUntrue. Kasva made it to the deciders in the first qualifiers.

Moving the goal posts much...Woops. Sorry, didn't notice that Kasva made it to the decider and then got absolutely demolished 4-1. Very close. Much competitive
I don't think I've ever said anything about Viper? But feel free to check my posts bud.Moving the goal posts much...
First they are uncompetitive because they dont make the final round (which is approx top 10 in the world), then they are uncompetitive because they didnt perform better in that final round.
I assume you're one of the people who said TheViper was washed up and sucked when his worst result was a quarterfinal placing in a year of tournaments which placed him as a top 3-4 player in terms of those results. In other words, if you arent the very very best you suck/are worthless and should stop trying.
For an admin, you could calm down maybe.Moving the goal posts much...

Tbh, I didn't watch the set so I can't comment on how competitive they actually were, but a final result says absolutely nothing about how competitive the set was.And yes, getting 4-1'd in a qualifier is fairly uncompetitive IMO, but that's just MY OPINION.
Aoe2 isn't doing much better when no new players get to top 16/32 and one player dominates 10 years.Woops. Sorry, didn't notice that Kasva made it to the decider and then got absolutely demolished 4-1. Very close. Much competitive
I think 2020/2021 disagrees with you. We had Lierrey/Hera/Yo/Viper/Daut all win S tier events.Aoe2 isn't doing much better when no new players get to top 16/32 and one player dominates 10 years.
