Wow this is amazing. It will be also great help for aoe-elo.com @pumukel @Michaerbse @Überrushung @hallogallo
This is incredible detective work!
There are probably more cases like this, but this one I saw today:
StrayDog has 3 profiles:
CNA_StrayDog - Player Profile :: Esports Earnings
Esports profile for player - "CNA_StrayDog" -: $0.00 USD in prize money won from 0 tournaments.www.esportsearnings.comhagouhello - Player Profile :: Esports Earnings

And https://www.esportsearnings.com/players/72515-lk-skywalker- is Chinese, he just has the Afghanistan flag on one of his accounts. Most people who have this flag on Voobly just chose the first option.
I saw these, when looking at https://www.esportsearnings.com/tournaments/37848-who-will-take-over-the-world-s1.
If I remember correctly, for team tournament prizes, it always automatically divides equally for all members. I posted the information about this tournament on AoEZone. It is not complete though. Each team should have 6 members (or 7 if one was replaced during the tournament), but for some teams I could not find all.
There also was a "best player" of the tournament vote, with top 3 receiving money. I could find who was 1-3, but don't know the amount the received extra.
Lastly, I remember that the sponsor did not pay all of the money, so the numbers could be incorrect anyway. That's why it stopped after season 1.
It is even harder to find out now than it was back then. The missing players are players that were on the teams, but did not play a game in the tournament, as far as I remember. That's why I sometimes have 4, sometimes 5 and sometimes 6 listed. I did never see an official list of signed-up players, just captains. The player names, I only have from the recorded games. If only 4 played, the prize money might have been split between those 4 (but I don't even know how much was paid out in the end).I saw all the information about it at your thread. I really couldn't figure out all the players, maybe you can help me. And yes, the prize is automatically divided equally for all members. That's why the information at the site is more to keep track and have an idea about the money and prizes.

I doubt it, because when I interviewed him, he did not mention it when I asked him about other hobbies. "Black Mamba" is not an uncommon nickname as it is a well-known dangerous snake.Do you know if straydog is a csgo player?

I believe 2020 will be a great year for our community. I believe the problems with AoE2DE will be solved and will come in a scenario that is satisfactory for players, streamers and fans.
Happy new year!

I have mixed feelings about that. If it's like that, players won't take showmatches seriously and instead will try to extend the series to the maximum amount of games.
I get it's a showmatch, so it's best for everyone if it gets to 7 games, but I don't want to feel it's fake...
No.
I am not saying that they have prearranged the games, that makes no sense.
I'm just saying that IF this becomes the norm, players MAY not be that motivated until the last game. I'm not saying that they will purposely loose a game, but maybe try an excentric strategy to show off, and if they loose, there is another game and after all more showmatch time means more input.
Of course this didn't happen in this game!! I'm just concerned about the future.
By the way, I also prefer 7 games to be played, but if at any time I feel fooles, I loose all interest...
It is just a promo for NAC, it is not going to be a norm. You don't need to worry, most casters are not that generous.I have mixed feelings about that. If it's like that, players won't take showmatches seriously and instead will try to extend the series to the maximum amount of games.

Hi, lucky!Hello ! the french streamer Zerator organised another FFA tournament (40k viewers, wednesday) with the first 3 players sharing 3600euros (so , 4k dollars ?)
Don't know if you would have catched it, even tho i saw during my researches that the last FFa has the prizepool recorded on esportstearnings. So :
1st kalhen : 1800€ won (El Khalen on esportsearnings i believe, the same from the last Zerator's FFA )
2nd tied are Koka (a Sc2 caster, Thibault le Gall already on esportsearnings with like 20$) : 900€ won
and Marinelord (big 80k$ on esportsearnings, stracraft2) : 900€ won
the tournament was annouced as a 3000€ one, with 1800€,900€ and 300€ rewarded, but as there was a tie, zerator simply made it 1800,900,900€.
