So on September 26th, 2020 FT_Wintorez won the DMRS3 tournament by beating Silverhawk 5-2 in the finals.
The DMRS3 tournament was a tournament created for lower level DM players/ RM players to motivate them to learn and play Deathmatch. The entry restrictions were as follows:
To sign up, your account should have a highest rating achieved of 1500 or lower in BOTH RM 1v1 and DM 1v1 as of August 1st, 2020. On top of this, players should have a total of 50 ranked (tg or 1v1 RM/DM) games played. Each sign up will be considered on a case by case basis; we encourage all players interested to sign up, even if they marginally violate these conditions.

At the time he signed-up FT_Wintorez had played 10 games of DM 1v1 and had a 1-9 record with a rating of 1414. It should also be noted that his highest RM rating was 1529 (although this exceeds the 1500 rating requirement it was probably allowed because of the lack of DM games, and the fact that it's just barely over the limit.)
Since the sign-ups FT_Wintorez has only played 11 public unranked DM games which were vs Dark_AoE (RM player). It should also be noted that in the weeks leading up to the last few rounds of the DM tournament he only had ~7 hours of gameplay of AoE2 on his main steam account.

According to Dark_Aoe, FT_Wintorez had been practicing with him on a smurf account Димон https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199084426656 , but when asked by tournament admins to provide recent game recordings the only games provided were 19 RM games and 1 DM games that span all the way back to August.
Wrapping this up, one of the players in the DMRS3 tournament who finished 3rd/4th and has been playing on the DM ladder is now ranked 1694 in DM 1v1 https://aoe2.net/#profile-283384 . This guy was trained by True, one of the top DMers in the game, and he lost to the 2nd place finisher who again lost 5-2 to FT_Wintorez. Talking with other DMers in the community, it appears as if this guy has the quick-walling skills of a player much higher than 1500+ RM and the DM skills of a player who is somewhere between 1750-1850.
While, I don't believe it's completely out of the question that someone could have improved so significantly in a short period of time, combined with the other information we have on him, it appears extremely unlikely.
There is other suspicious information that I haven't included in here for the time being, but based on what I've presented here I think that it would be unfair to the other tournament participants to accept the results of the tournament unless FT_Wintorez provides evidence that he has participated in this tournament in a fair way.
I believe the way for FT_Wintorez to do this is to provide recorded games of him practicing DM within the tournament time-frame of August 23rd, 2020 - September 26th, 2020 with an added focus on earlier recordings/ # of recordings. @Wintorez @_Dynamite_
Edit: At this point we're more convinced that the FT_Wintorez account shared and is not in fact a smurf. I reached out to the owner of aoe2net and after a check on FT_Wintorez' accounts he said that it is extremely unlikely that any significant number of unranked practice games were played vs Dark (this is contrary to Dark's claim).
