This is another question that is completely situational, but if you can pull off a drush + fc without your ally getting hurt (if tg), or a healthy drush+fc in 1v1 that's the best option.
I think Drush+FC works better vs 22p scouts. If enemy drushes too, U HAve to win the drush cause if not you will die. You can make 3-4 skirms, before/during the up, it will slow you down, but its safer.
Personally I like going scouts more, cause you can have a big feudal war and I love those kinda stuff. I also love microing scouts , but thats personal and depends on everyone 11 :P
Lately, in one of 5 games I've been trying drush+fc, without walling, just with one tower, and maybe the sides of my wood. PPle say it is gay blabla, but actually is kinda hard to pull it off. In the drush+fc, what I realised is that the drush is the most important thing. Ull be feudaling at 12:45 roughly, with 27-28vils. Now if you keep busy your opponent (who is flushing, going scouts) and you dont loose drush quickly you can slow down his scoouts, or make him to use the scouts to kill your drush instead of rushing to your town. So he will reach you when you already upping. If he walls his res and you cant hit with drush, rush to your town and prepare to defend with vils militia like a nigga!
Also all this depends on the map, if you got a map that with a few walls u can leave one opening or so, you can drush+feudal, if your map is very sux, you need scouts, lots of them, if you can protect your wood with palisades or if its close enough to your gold, and you can use a tower maybe you can drush+fc. But remaber , dont DRUSH+FC full walling, or stone walling, thats very gay. If you drush+fc you can drop a few quick palisades or maybe a tower, but dont full wall. Be ready to fight him like a man!
Also check for towers in front of your gold (if you didnt tower it) and behind your wood
