Hello all, I just wondered it would be nice to know a bit more about how other members are following the tourney.
Watching live streams at twitch?
Downloading Recs?
Catching youtube videos later?
I'm having little time for AOE2 and in my case I'm mostly seeing the videos on youtube since it demands less time and I can eat or do something else while watching.
Actually, my main point is to highlight some details. I really appreciate the rule of the same color for every player during a match. For me, it's much better to follow games since I watch them on TV from a bit far distance.
Second, the new userpatch feature for holding shift and clicking a unit or building to change the selected player while watching has made things more practical for the streamers, I saw Memb using the feature quite a lot. By the way, props to him for uploading the videos so fast to youtube.
Yeah, these are mostly small details and I don't have any negative critique right now, but the way I see it, it's always good to let the people who do this know when these things are appreciated.
Cheers!
