Control anger before it controls you

The solution is to move to a place built with bricks and not cardboard.
On the plus side, it would keep from playing the game for a while.A broken hand is more expensive in the US then a hole in the wall
No sir. See, this is just a troll thread that I made to ease my shitty mood that happened after I realized that I genuinely do need to stop playing this game for a while because causing physical damage to my house is actually a big deal. I couldn't care less about your attention or for people to feel bad for me or sorry for me. This thread is intended to be a meme. It gave me a good laugh now because of some beautiful responses from legendary aoezone posters, one of which you are not.I think you just seek attention. You have been posting such messages (as OP) for almost 2 years now on Reddit and here. Myself and other people have given you similar suggestions earlier as well but nothing changed at your end.
Good luck in life
AoE2 is the only thing that has ever made me angry enough to smash a hole in my wall. Granted one time a few years ago when playing Super Smash Bros I did spike my wii remote against my Wii U gamepad and it cracked the screen, but that's not comparable. I really think it is a gaming frustration thing. Other things don't make me that angry.Maybe this has been mentioned, but merely stopping aoe2 probably won't solve that type of reaction- I understand dealing with rage, and there really isn't a single ingredient you can avoid to solve it- it's a slow process of learning how to step outside the emotional reactions in your life. I've always found the idea of a fictional 'observer' to be really helpful- in those moments imagine someone watching you and how they may interpret your actions. Good luck with it, hope you can deal w it and enjoy the game once again.
