No, mostly people who are sick of Hamilton winning with the help officials, favoritism and bending rules for a long time... Hamilton's image is also not helping. As I said before, FIA and and if you have knowledge about football, FIFA of Blatter is quite similar organisations, so you can relate. So is this thread just people sick of Hamilton winning
Oh so no one cares if he technically got cheated because he's a twat and has himself gotten questionable wins. No, mostly people who are sick of Hamilton winning with the help officials, favoritism and bending rules for a long time... Hamilton's image is also not helping.
Yeah I think I can quite easily. As I said before, FIA and and if you have knowledge about football, FIFA of Blatter is quite similar organisations, so you can relate.
:vomit:For example, a very fun fact about Turkish GP track, all of its managing rights was given to Ecclestone between 2007-2011 who is the main commisioner and CEO of F1 at that moment, so Turkish GP was part of calendar until 2011, supposed to be until 2021. When he lost managing rights, we lost F1 right. It is also funny that track was built by tax payers money, in a location chosen by Ecclestone, where he can travel from his yacht easily. Most of the engineers told him that, area is actually swamp, but he didn't listen so in the end, track has been built, he named it "Best race track ever built" source. Currently track is sinking 10-15 cms every year and causes extra maintenance every year, either lowering down entire circuit artificially or vice versa. You can hear in interviews of drivers, many of them always complain that track is bumpier than rest of the circuits which was the result of swamp.
Toto: "We need to go back to the lap before."
Masi: "Toto, it’s called a motor race"
Very brief summary, it is part of nature that during safety car all cars starts to run behind safety car so all the gaps created before are reset. So that part is normal. As someone who just recently got into watching F1, can someone explain to me yesterday's Safety Car and Latifi's crash controversy?
I was thinking about it but it looks like Merc will dominate next season, unfortunately. Is it a good time for the ''Is Hamilton dynasty over?'' thread?
Thanks a lot.Very brief summary, it is part of nature that during safety car all cars starts to run behind safety car so all the gaps created before are reset. So that part is normal.
Weird thing about tomorrow, usually all cars lapped (coming 1+ lap behind) allowed to pass safety car, so that they can take their place at the back of pile and can race after re-start, otherwise it will be a mess with blue flags since all of these cars has to open way for others when overtake is allowed. By the way this rule is not a must, so it doesn't have to be followed all the time by rulebook, it is just best practice.
Yesterday officials first decided not to let lapped cars pass safety but during last lap they reverted their decision and switched back to usual practices. But they didn't allow all lapped cars pass, only 4 cars between Max and Lewis. So changing their decision in last minute plus not letting all cars race was controversial, Vettel who finished 11th can also complain that he didn't have chance to race and chase a point because of this. Of course for Hamilton, he is complaining that he lost the advantage of 4 cars behind him.
About Latifi, it is standard Latifi things, him and Mazepin are prone to spin anytime during race Mazepin has a specific website that tracks his spins, they might even kill someone one day (exaggerating). It was just unfortunate timing for Hamilton. Both Latifi and Mazespin are racing as pay drivers (means their father sponsoring teams), but Latifi is usually seen as a gentleman, while Mazepin as a spoiled controversial kid. Also there is one more paid driver, Stroll, who is kind of in between of other two and he can drive.
