I tested lithuanians on Mediterranean a bit and it seems like an amazing civ on that map.
Since you start with +150 food, you can afford to produce vills for a while without gathering any food. Taking advantage of this, you can start with a lumber camp right away instead of taking sheep. I used the following build order:
Villagers 1-4 on wood, build a lumber camp (including the 3 starting vills after building houses)
Villagers 5-8 on sheep
Villager 9 on dock, then house then shore fish
Villager 10 on wood
Villagers 11-17 take boars/deer/remaining sheep while continuously producing fishing ships
Villagers 18-19 on wood
Loom then click up (07:05)
After this, you can adjust your villager distribution based on what you want to do. I went for 3 dock fire ships to fight on water, with 5 working fishing ships. The 1 (or 2) extra fishing ship incurs no extra cost whatsoever on your economy, and you can contest water without any trouble while the extra fish helps your castle age time by quite a bit, probably making their early game on water potentially even better than Italians.
That said, lithuanians do lack mid-late game water bonuses and may struggle to keep up with other water civs. However, their early game should be quite strong to carry them through.
