What does this mean exactly. If a person thinks that AOE4 is a poor quality game, then they should not feel 'forced' into trying to support it. 'Faking' your emotions is a toxic situation, it's always more healthy to be honest with yourself. If a number of people are happy to stand by and watch it happen (and even support those posts with likes/reactions) are they not giving their approval, to some degree, of what is said?
In addition, if a person has concerns over Nili's dual role as tournament co-ordinator and tournament host, I think it is entirely legitimate that they are able to express those concerns. Whilst I personally don't think that Nili is corrupt, the problem is that he is in a position to be corrupt. He has control over the level of funding that other tournament hosts have.
Even if you forget AOE4 and we were still in AOE2 this is a problem. Nili could use his position to enhance prize pools for his events and reduce prize pools for Memb, T90, Lidakor etc.
People have legitimate concerns which have not been answered. Indeed, the only answer given so far is Nili agreeing that there is significant potential of conflict of interest and then failing to do anything about it.
