I did not know. Thanks.
It does not mean they should not state it is for +18.
They did a sponsored event which is literaly advertisement. The poker company used their images to promote poker on their website that organize chargeable tournament.
What you say about the freeroll is the same than Viper did for Vikings. This is very contradictory.
When Georges Clooney is in a Nespresso add, he encourages people to buy Nespresso coffee.
You state quite often you are free to say and do what you please.
Why do you feel entitled to dictate what another person says or does (ie: stream), especially if they are doing so within the rules provided for by Twitch?
The above argument intentionally does not discuss morality, an individual is free to do as they please (and free to reap the benefits of sponsorship and free to reap criticism, which they have chosen is worth the action). They are two different things. You don't have to like what Viper/Nili stream, but you don't get to dictate what they do -- especially when it's a question of subjective morality and not rooted in law/ToS.
I guess you could complain to aoezone/the manager (Viper/Twitch), but neither entity has to really even entertain the opinion since nothing that violates ToS is occurring. I agree stream should be 18+, but have you definitively determined whether that is required by Twitch for poker streams/advertisements or is it just your opinion?
It's all well and fine if it's the latter, but that's more of a personal problem than Nili/Viper's.
