This is for the Main Event only or how would this work for prizes that aren't money? (Also you use both prizemoney and prize money)Any player offering an Admin Win to their opponent, and/or not completing any round/games will be
penalized 50% of their prize money per infraction. Any player arriving late to their match will be penalized
10% of their prize money for every 10 minute period in which they are late. Any prizemoney that is
forfeited will be distributed proportionally among the other players.
i doesnt seem to be in the rules at least "chinese" is not in the rule fileIs Chinese banned again? I did read the rules but may have looked over it
Fairly sure this just means that each time you draft, you cannot re-use a civ that you drafted for that set, it's not talking about any other sets.Decider Matches, Round of 8, Semi Finals and Grand Final: Players may not use a civ that they have drafted more than once
Do i read that rule correctly? A player can only use a civ a maximum of 2 times in the last 4 rounds?
You were rightHow many players can sign in (it says 256 right now)? and in case there are more than 256 it's gonna be opened for more players or it's gonna be defined by seed those who enter?
Dude asked abd could prevent this shtshow omg.How many players can sign in (it says 256 right now)? and in case there are more than 256 it's gonna be opened for more players or it's gonna be defined by seed those who enter?
Maybe he isn't responding to questions that are already getting answers (see above people clarifying stuff for each other), and maybe he isn't responding because he's busy admining the tournament.I do not understand why robo would start this thread if he did not intend to respond to any questions he received.
That comment is so out of character coming from you and so unnecessarily offensive.Maybe he isn't responding to questions that are already getting answers (see above people clarifying stuff for each other), and maybe he isn't responding because he's busy admining the tournament.
I don't expect you to understand that though, given the only time you invest into this community is to masturbate to your own idiotic posts here.
Sorry but I have no patience for constant negativity. If you look at lecracheur's (literally "the spitter", very apt nickname) posts you will see the only thing he ever does is criticize and complain, on every possible topic, and that is the extent of his "participation".That comment is so out of character coming from you and so unnecessarily offensive.
I think it's very reasonable to expect answers to questions asked in a Q&A thread. There's plenty of things that are still unanswered, and even if it's discussed among people, having official confirmation can be a positive thing.

And how will the group stage lead into the SE bracket ? Are the follow-ups known already or will it be drawn randomly ? I find this stuff quite important to be transparent from the get-go.
The Quarterfinals will have a group Winner facing a random different group Runner-up.
Looks like participants from same nation are put in same group, it is not a Nations Cup, so why did you follow such a stupid rule?
You have any source that they were put in the same group on purpose?Looks like participants from same nation are put in same group, it is not a Nations Cup, so why did you follow such a stupid rule?
This tournament uses the GSL system, which makes sure that you skip the redundant matches in a "normal" group stage. In a normal group stage there's almost always a player that's either eliminated or is already to the next stage, so what's the point in having them play where their result might screw another player?Another stupid thing is that elimination/decider matches. If you are not gonna let everybody play with each other in same group, why do you even bother to create goups?

So how were the brackets for the group made ? We just know it wasnt robo but the TakeTV team, but that doesnt mean they dont have different methods at hand to choose from. It looks like each group has a quarter finalist, a semi finalist and two qualified players, but how was decided who gets where ? Was it randomized ?
