Each Continent will qualify the following number of Teams for the Group Stage:
Europe & Africa - 6 Teams
Asia & Oceania - 6 Teams
Americas - 4 Teams
Total Teams: 16
ando also countries from america were #2,#3,#4,#7 (talking about the top 8)
America is probably the strongest continent in a nations cup deserve the same numbers of spots.
The Qualification Stage and Play off's are to be played as a Bo5 in the following manner:
Game 1: 4v4, SY_Dry_Arabia, Hidden Civs
Game 2: 2v2 or 3v3, Home map of whoever lost Game 1 decides, Hidden Civs
Game 3: 2v2 or 3v3, Home map of whoever won Game 1 decides, Hidden Civs
Game 4: 3v3 or 4v4 (Losing Team decides), SY_Map_Pack, Hidden Civs
Game 5: 4v4, SY_Hideout, Hidden Civs

UPDATE:
All players must use the "SY Mod" which increases the base rate tax to 50% while also moving coinage to castle age and banking to imperial age : SY Mod Download. Every game played during the SY Nations Cup II tournament MUST use this modification. There are no further restrictions on slinging. Teams are free to sling and tribute as many resources and at any time they want.

The above Rules & Settings have been removed. There are now no restrictions on Slinging during the games.
Whats this? From 4th May organisators have not answered a single question why?

Asia & Oceania - 6

Please reconsider this
Before 5 minutes of game time you cannot block another TC being built by using villager(s). You cannot intentionally kill enemy boars, sheep or deer. You cannot sit under an enemy TC to steal sheep. After 5 minutes player's are free to do any of the above.
