He set the time for Sunday, then doesn't want to play the games. He then told me to **** off when I said I wasn't able to play on Monday, adding that if I want a "free win" he will forfeit the tournament. As much as I want to get the games played, not realistically gonna play them when the other person doesn't give a valid reason not to play other than hosting a game that says "drunk time".
So if we can't get these games arranged, can we have them forfeited so that it isn't more of a massive time waste - thanks.
for 1 when i asked for sunday that was LAST WEEKEND when you refused to respond on time. Then I told you I couldn't make the time today after you had randomly responded to my old post and tried to act like it was confirmed . So I asked to reschedule and you said "nope, not gunna happen" so yeah, **** you. And if robo cant see the weeks of Dm'ers refusing to schedule on time and getting extentions against me (like a month of extensions for "jimmy") then yeah, **** him to.
pick someone to get an A.W. these games wont be played. He missed the deadline for the games a WEEK ago, responding 2 days after the deadline and pretending it was for this week and then refusing to pick a new time to schedule.
I assumed you meant the Sunday coming (didn't see you posted it the day before the date we were meant to play) which -considering you made the post on a Saturday - would have been very short notice, might I add.
It would have been easy for you to provide clarity by responding back to the post as it took you less than 24 hours to moan, just sayin'.
I also never refused to play, or said "nope, not gunna happen" - actually what I said was, "nope" because Monday wasn't an agreeable day for me, to which you replied "**** off". I would have been happy to arrange another date in the week to play it, say Tuesday or Wednesday, but you never let me get that far before getting hostile. Possibly because you can't handle your drink.
But w/e, award no points and we won't play them. I know what the outcome would have been anyway.
This decision was made after a discussion between Robo and myself. Given that there were mistakes made by both players, and no further attempts to schedule after the first failed attempt(s), the best result would be to award a 0-0 to both players. If either player feels that this decision is unfair, feel free to pm me stating why.
No blocks of text will be read. Please be concise and clear, preferably with bullet points.
P.S screenshots/other evidence will be given more weight.
first of all I made no mistakes, I scheduled on a friday asking to play sunday and got 0 response.
My last opponent ignored my scheduling topic for a month (with no actions from admins) so why would I bother checking over and over after the scheduled deadline for this match had expired through no fault of my own?
Also, When made aware of the situation I asked him to reschedule for monday giving him a chance to play and he outright refused to reschedule saying "nope, not gunna happen" and then immediately asking "why would yoiu pick a time you couldn't play" and telling me I would get A.L. since the games wont be played (he wants a free win).
Well look, now the admins side with him by making the games null which means basically I'm DQ from the tournament as I wont have enough points to go through to the next stage unless I would beat him in our match (which he should be A.L. from in the first place for not scheduling) maybe if the mods enforced the rules throughout the tournament instead of giving people chance after chance then this wouldn't happen every ****ing round. Pretty hilarious that robo is ready to enforce the rules (a week late) so that it negatively effects me instead of my opponent. slow clap
Without an apology, I am not likely going to play these games. It was, after all, you that swore at me, not the other way around. Funnily enough, no matter what context you put swearing at someone, that doesn't make people want to side with you.
You're also using your games you tried to organise vs. other players as leverage to put it back in your favour.
I never said "nope, never gunna happen", either. I asked you when you were ready to play (you'd been streaming poker on-line in the lobby for about 3-4 hours) and sat in the game room for even longer. You didn't reply, so I nudged you a short time after and you responded "doubt it" and then followed it up with "play monday?" to which I replied "nope". I was typing "What about Tuesday/Wednesday, can you do --..." when you responded with "fine take the A.W and leave me alone" and I said "make a post" i.e. on the forums and you replied "**** off".
That is how it went.
Tbh I don't care about "autowin". The fact of the matter is, you were sat on-line playing poker and there was ample time for us to get the game arranged on the day. I streamed your games vs. sStoned and the whole thing was wrapped up in about 45 minutes.
You later changed the game you were hosting your poker stream on to "drunk time" and I did think afterwards that alcohol could have been on account of your attitude. However, now I'm not so sure...
Talk to the admins and see if we can get them played but to be honest this could have all been avoided if you had simply cleared it up on the forums after I responded to agree Sunday.
If anyone wants the autowin it is you for sitting silent with 'ehuehuehue Kd is outside of the time limit and I made the post so he should be disqualified'. I was waiting to play QueeNs games for like a century, which put my games vs. you back while I tried to get it resolved. People don't always play on time but I think where reasonable effort is made you have to acknowledge it and stay amicable.
