Welcome to The Delicious Showmatch 2: aM/Tempo vs WWP!
We are back to bring you yet another tasty treat, this time in a form of a play all 5 games match between Micro Nerds themselves and the well established Chinese superteam! The showmatch will happen on the 1st of May, 2pm (14:00) GMT / 10am EST
Settings:
Game 1 | 4v4 | Arabian OmeletteGame 2 | 3v3 | Dim Sum
Game 3 | 4v4 | Meatball Sandwich
Game 4 | 3v3 | Seafood Pie
Game 5 | 4v4 | Enchiladas Trio
▶ All games are hidden pick no repeat but there is a twist! Each team will ban a total of 6 civs their opponent cannot use in this match and after all of those are determined, each team will get to snipe a civ from their banned civs pool resulting in a total of 5 civs they can't use. Since Captain's Mode doesn't support such outrageous shenanigans, we will be using picks as bans...
▶ The draft order is:
ABBAABBAABBA, followed by a parallel snipe

Map characteristics cheat sheet:Arabian Omelette
Change of seasons and the quicksand replaced with shallow for visibility (+docks?) . Will the center still be coveted in a late game 4v4, or will trade be more appealing this time around?
Dim Sum
Get your flaming camel ready to Steppe in for more Dim Sum, this time as a 3v3. Snow ridges have stones while dirt ridges have golds. Relics and dinner beckon in the central Baobab forest, and herdables increased.
Meatball Sandwich
Meatball Sandwich – Players cannot choose their relative position for this 4v4, nor can they full wall the center easily. The direct center meatball’s gold is a 1-tile chop, the two meatballs around it are a 2-tile chop for stone, while the outer meatballs require a 3-tile chop for more gold. Who will maintain meatball control, and who will get their balls towered?
Seafood Pie
In the time it took to find a missing caravan, komodos have invaded the corners for this 3v3. Otherwise, after a familiar chop through a tile of bamboo, you will find the neutral stones and fish and a golden center by transport.
Enchilada Trio
In this final 4v4, players cannot choose their exact position and may feel like they’ve entered a 1v1 black forest map. Such a belief would miss the whole enchilada, however, as the slightly icy fillings cannot be fully walled, leaving room for naval action. Each team will have two corner ponds while the middle players have double enchilada access. Which remaining civilizations will decide this final game?
