This is a step-by-step guide on how to correctly post the recorded games for TMW 2013. It has been writen in the hope of helping teams understand and prevent more mistakes and misunderstandings. We do not want to give out Penalty Points let alone disqualify anyone, that is why we are trying to make this as clear as possible.
The following is a fictitious match of StorM vs AoCZ:
After playing the last map of the round, ...
...players stay in the Voobly game room and decide what to do...
... one of the players of each team (it does not have to be the operator/leader) checks the renaming standards..
...looks at the time of playing to see which map it is...
... obtains the other 2v2/1v1 games from teammates...
...and using copy & paste renames their records accordingly...
...then he zips it...
...and renames accordingly with copy & paste using the mgx file name...
... teams decide how to send it ...
... The team on the right uploads the attachment and sends it ..
... players check the delivery ...
...and say goodbye...
The team on the left creates a topic in the recorded games section...
...uploads both attachments by clicking "browse" and then "add the file" (uploading the file may take a few seconds)...
... states the result using a spoiler tag ...
... and clicks submit.
Now you can go to sleep!
