My best raw with wraps numbers are 225 - 145 (155 TnG) - 250 @ 110 bw. And 100 kg strict overhead press. Far from spectacular, but I've been dealt some pretty bad genetically inherited deformations in my spine so only lately my training has been going well all-around. And since I do alot of powerlifting coaching and programming for my clients I'm supposed to be able to lift something myself too!
