There are no civ bonuses that fundamentally change anything that is not a statistic. Changing the size of a building (or a unit) is out of the question.

Slavs technically got a nerf too. Remember it was previously 15%Khmer and Aztecs both got their farming nerfed. Incas have 3/4 other small eco bonuses as well, Slavs don't.
The graphic is also for 1st layer farms, 2nd layers farms would be vv good still for Incas, plus you save on mills and are safer with up to 3rd layer farms still in TC range.
They really don't need a buff though - 51.43% winrate on Arabia this patch at 1400+ over 2196 games - it's highly likely they are a top 20 civ.

Well it is, because the Donjon is literally a different building from the Watch Tower, but I am also not a fan of the Sicilians' lack of the Watch Tower. Lack of something like the Guard Tower upgrade is fine, and is more equivalent to the Goths' and Cumans' lack of Stone Walls, but removing watch towers is like removing palisade walls from a specific civ. would be an abysmal idea. unfortunately I see the game going in this directionIs it fundamentally different from Sicilians having Donjons instead of towers ? Almost every civ is either a pretty bad pocket or flank (although personally the mesos aren't as bad at pocket as people say, at non-pro levels at least). On flank they have the 4 mini eco bonuses, which are very small on their own but added up aren't too bad. Being able to drop a tower and still add a TC is decent.Yeah but that's on their maybe the settings. In tgs they are one of the very worst pocket civs and they offer nothing special to consider as flank civ option either. In closed maps tgs they fall against SO and BBC
The pure farming rate is not generic. Not the overall food per minute income... Those are not the sameExcept, unlike in your examples, at no point it's a "worse than generic bonus". It's always better than normal farm, just reined in to not be too much better.
This is not a "your units have +3 attack but -10% HP" situation.
It doesn't matter. It's not a situation where your food income per minute is higher if you wait over an extended period of time.
